As a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, Nathan began his career in 2002 by creating a foundation of education, care, and integrity that overflows into every conversation. He helped his parents with a Reverse Mortgage and witnessed the positive effect it had on their life, peace of mind, and retirement.

He realized quickly that many people he met with had a negative perception of Reverse Mortgages from what they have heard or read. He discovered the 3 challenges most mature homeowners faced was incomplete information, pressure selling, and general confusion about the program qualifications, benefits, and strategies.

Nathan’s passion is to make a difference in the lives of mature homeowners by educating them of their Reverse Mortgage options for refinancing their current home or purchasing their next home as they are slowing down or currently in retirement. He will never pressure them into making a decision because he understands many face pressures everyday around finances as it relates to longevity, sustainability, and the legacy they all want to pass on.
